Essay

Thesis is devoted to carrying out vaccination against immune organic chickens, preservation of the macro- and microscopic structure of spleens and Harderian gland of birds in different ages. Conducting mono- and polyvalent vaccination on morphological and biochemical blood indicators of chickens is analyzed. The main cyto- and histostructural changes of the spleen and Harderian gland of birds in the post-vaccination period were studied. The composition of lymphocytes with CD4+, CD8+ and CD19 markers, structure, differentiation and formation of the immune reaction in spleens and Harderian gland of chickens for mono- and polyvalent immunization were revealed.
