Hertseh V. Infrastructural development of rural territories at the state and regional levels

The dissertation summarizes the theoretical-methodical and scientific-applied foundations of the research infrastructural development of rural territories in the conditions of modern challenges and transformational changes. The analysis of approaches to the process of ensuring the infrastructural development of rural areas at the state and regional levels was carried out, and the essential understanding of the studied concepts was substantiated. Taking into account the above, our own vision was formed regarding infrastructural support for the development of rural territories with an outline of measures at the state and regional levels. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to the essential understanding of the infrastructural development of rural territories at both the state and regional levels, its content is substantiated, which is determined by a systematic approach to ensuring the development of rural areas, taking into account its multifaceted components, both economic, ecological and social, in complementarity with the available natural resources, human potential, development of the infrastructural sphere with the aim of forming a comfortable living environment of the village. The theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the infrastructural development of rural areas are summarized, within which relations in the field of production, distribution and consumption of manufactured goods, products and services are intensified, the interests of interested persons, primarily subjects of agricultural management, entrepreneurs, businessmen, investors, are realized. The processes of the revitalization of rural areas are being initiated, which is accompanied by an increase in the population’s standard of living of the population, and its well-being and prosperity. Research has confirmed that the infrastructural development of rural territories should take place at an anticipatory pace since the reversibility of processes will lead to inhibition of the implementation of rural revitalization programs.
