Kostiuk V. Comprehensive rehabilitation of victims with polysystemic damage in the late stages of a traumatic disease

The dissertation provides scientific justification and presents the results addressing the urgent task of clarifying the order and implementation of rehabilitation therapy for patients with polytrauma in the late stages of a traumatic illness using telerehabilitation technologies. The clinical-nosological and clinical-epidemiological characteristics of polytrauma in patients in the late stages of a traumatic disease undergoing rehabilitation treatment were studied and summarized. A comprehensive assessment of rehabilitation programs for victims of multisystem and multiorgan injuries using the traditional, generally accepted method and with the help of telemedicine technologies was researched, summarized, and conducted. The effectiveness of rehabilitation in case of polytrauma in the late stages of a traumatic disease using telemedicine technologies has been scientifically substantiated and determined, based on a comprehensive assessment of motor function recovery of victims, length of stay in the hospital and clinical observation data based on the analysis of teleconsultation data and the use of movement monitoring technology using statistical methods of information processing. Analysis of the impact of the use of remote monitoring technology with the formation of an individual regimen for rehabilitation restoring of motor activity was carried out. Assessment of local body temperature, bending angles, pulse and limb volume during the implementation of individually developed programs of physical rehabilitation of patients with polytrauma in the late stages of a traumatic disease were measured and analyzed carefully.
