The dissertation research presents the phenotypic characteristics of persons prone to illegal actions; the variability of dermatoglyphic signs and their belonging to one person has been established, the dermatoglyphic phenotype has been researched and studied, an algorithm for predicting a person's propensity to illegal actions has been developed. It was established that the factor phenotypic characteristics for the group of intentional killers are skin color, hair color and type, facial features, forehead slope and lower jaw shape, statistically significant differences in: forehead height and width, cheekbone shape; for persons who have committed sexual crimes - skin color, facial features, height and width of the forehead, eye color, shape of the nose, cheekbones and chin, statistical differences according to: forehead slope, hair type; for drug criminals – skin color, hair type, height, width and slope of the forehead, shape of the cheekbones and chin, statistical differences, according to the shape of the nose; for persons who have committed property crimes - skin color, hair type, facial features, height, width and slope of the forehead, eye color, shape of the nose, cheekbones and chin. Factor criteria of anthropometric parameters for the group of intentional killers are indicators of shoulder width, arm length, and forehead height; for persons who have committed sexual crimes - arm length and forehead height; for drug criminals - arm length and forehead height; for persons who have committed property crimes - foot length, leg length and bigonial width. The factor dermatoglyphic criteria of a person's propensity to illegal actions of various degrees of severity were revealed: in persons who committed crimes against human life, the frequency of radial loops on the left hand was 59.2%, on the right - 54.4%; ulnar loops – 3.6% and 4.4%, respectively; in persons who have committed sexual crimes: radial loops - 59.6% and 56.8%, respectively; ulnar loops – 3.2% and 3.6%, respectively, frequency of arcs – 14.4% and 12%, respectively; among drug criminals, radial loops (52.31 %) and curls (29.23 %) are most often found on the fingers of the left hand, complex patterns (8.08 %), arcs (6.92 %) and ulnar loops (3.46 %) are less common %), curls (44.23%) and radial loops (39.62%) are most often found on the fingers of the right hand, less often arcs (5.77%), ulnar loops (5.38%) and complex patterns (5%) ; in persons who committed property crimes: radial loops on the left hand - 69.6%, on the right - 62.4%; 2% of ulnar loops, the frequency of curls - 10.4% and 28.44%. Finger variability of dermatoglyphic signs and the criteria for their belonging to one person were established: in murderers, the patterns on the right and left hands did not differ in terms of total frequency, on the 1st fingers of the left and right hands, radial loops were most often found - 64% and 44%, respectively, curls were less common ( 24% and 42%, respectively) and complex patterns (12% and 14%, respectively), ulnar loops and arches were not encountered at all; curls were most often found on the II fingers - 32% on the left and 34% on the right hands, as well as radial loops (30% 22%, respectively), less often - ulnar loops (18% and 20%, respectively), arcs (16% each); radial loops (66% and 60%, respectively) and spiral patterns (18% and 28%, respectively) were most often found on the III finger, ulnar loops were not detected; on the 4th finger of the left hand, radial loops (56%) and spiral patterns (44%) were most often found, and on the right - spiral patterns (50%) and radial loops (46%), the arc pattern was not found; on the V finger, the frequency of radial loops - (80% and 76%, respectively) and curls (16% and 24%) was practically the same on both hands, and ulnar loops did not occur at all; among rapists, radial loops were most often found on the 1st fingers of the left and right hands - 44% and 42%, respectively, curls (26% and 38%, respectively) and complex patterns (22% and 18%, respectively) were less common, ulnar loops - 2% each on both hands, arches – in 6% on the left hand and did not occur at all.
