Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the resource potential of strategizing and management in the field of culture in ensuring the sustainable development of the world community based on the analysis of the experience of international cooperation. The relevance of this direction of scientific research is determined by the qualitatively new challenges of international coexistence in the post-industrial society, where, along with the intensification and globalization of cultural and information exchange, the mutual understanding of cultural actors is significantly problematic. The strengthening of their interdependence becomes a challenge for the world community, its ability to establish a system of cultural dialogue, self-realization and mutual understanding of cultural identities, countermeasures and prevention of conflicts. Against the background of modern events in Ukraine, a global tectonic shift is taking place in the system of political, economic and socio-cultural interaction. New coordinates of cooperation, mutual assistance and mutual support in the international cultural space are being formed. Societies exchange experience of state and public participation in working out mechanisms and procedures for supporting the cultural and arts sectors. Choosing the right to cultural uniqueness, identity, access of its citizens to cultural goods, Ukraine, Ukrainian society, have the opportunity to use and "readapt" the cultural and political experience of the united European countries, to find their own solutions and ways of maximally using the potential of national culture as a driving force socio-economic development, an important consolidating and security factor.
