BURSUK Y. Diagnosis and treatment of the chondrolabral complex damage of the hip joint in adults

The dissertation is devoted to improving the results of diagnosis and treatment of damage to the chondrolabral complex of the hip joint in adults. The results' improvement is planned to be implemented by analyzing the results of various types of treatment and improving the technique of surgery. The scientific novelty of the work is: the zones of overload and damage of the chondrolabral complex in the hip joint in patients with pincer-type femoroacetabular conflict were investigated, different methods of surgical treatment of damage to the chondrolabral complex of the hip joint were compared, and the most optimal method was determined on the basis of experimental research on rabbits. The practical significance of the work is: improved surgical tactics in patients with damage to the chondrolabral complex of the hip joint using arthroscopic techniques by using an additional arthroscopic portal and an evaluation of the effectiveness of this treatment.
