Essay

The dissertation presents the theoretical and methodological results of the study of the degradation of production territories in the structure of a large city and the methods of their restoration - the principles and techniques are defined. Having analyzed the factors of degradation, the modern experience of restoration and the modern state of degradation of production territories in the structure of a large city, using the example of the city of Sumy, a method of restoration is presented for the first time, taking into account the peculiarities of the types of degraded territories that have developed.
