The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the actual scientific and applied task of developing and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and organizational and economic provisions for ensuring the innovation and investment potential of the enterprise in the conditions of post-conflict transformation. In the work, for the first time, a model of ensuring the innovation and investment potential of the enterprise is proposed, which involves the implementation of the latest organizational management structures, business processes, approaches to the assessment of innovation and investment potential, the mechanism of provision, measures to strengthen economic security in the practice of entrepreneurial activity. An improved theoretical and methodological approach to the assessment of the innovation and investment potential of an enterprise in the conditions of post-conflict transformations, in contrast to the existing ones, in addition to the assessment of resources, includes the assessment of the ability of the business entity to carry out innovation and investment activities. This enables the enterprise not only to assess the available resources and the possibilities of their implementation, but also to determine the degree of ability to system transformations, which is especially relevant for enterprises with a long history and experience that work in traditional industries and are weakly adjusted to changes. In addition, the approach provides for the assessment of specific risks that arise in the conditions of post-conflict transformations and were not taken into account before. The application of this approach allows you to find out the level of innovation and investment potential of the enterprise based on the definition of four assessments: resources, opportunities, abilities and risks. At the same time, the first three indicators should be maximized, and risks should be minimized. In the work, it is proposed to expand the classification features in the systematization of innovation and investment risks of the enterprise by distinguishing the feature "Risks of post-conflict transformations". This makes it possible to include in the analysis new types of risks that arise in the socio-political-economic environment in new economic conditions. Such a proposal allows you to improve the quality of the enterprise’s analytical activities and minimize the possible destructive impact of new types of risks. An in-depth theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of a system of goals for the management of innovative and investment activity of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to detail managerial actions/decisions at the strategic, tactical and operational levels and to specify tactical functional goals in terms of financial, production, and marketing spheres, areas of personnel management and areas of information and technical support. The identification of the elements of the system for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise’s innovation and investment potential has gained further development in terms of the division of management decisions into functional and meaningful reactions and their detailing in the context of actions in risky situations, which allows to strengthen the economic and informational components, reasonably manage risks, and increase one’s own scientific activity. The definition of the structural and logical essence of the definition of the innovation and investment potential of the enterprise, under which it is proposed to understand a complex dynamic system of interconnected elements (ideas, ideas, innovations, new knowledge, resources, factors, conditions, results, etc.), which determines the level of ability, has gained further development enterprises to carry out innovative and investment activities in the conditions determined by the possibilities of the external and internal environment. This definition, unlike the existing ones, allows you to take into account ideas, innovations, new knowledge, etc. when evaluating the potential; deterministic capabilities that are distinct for different markets, different periods, etc. and specify the level of ability to carry out such activities. The structural and logical essence of the definition of the organizational and economic management of the innovation and investment potential of the enterprise in the conditions of post-conflict transformation has been developed by: improving the categorical and conceptual apparatus and clarifying the elements of the mechanism.
