The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows:

- the categorical apparatus for determining the development of construction enterprises, which, unlike the existing ones, is determined by constant changes in the system of forming strategic and operational directions for the creation and use of all types of resources, organizational structure and production and economic potential CE, which allows to ensure the effectiveness of the interaction of stakeholders, marketing activities, the growth of financial and economic, investment and innovation, strategic factors;
- definition of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the development of construction enterprises, which is formed through the application of organizational and economic support and consists of a set of elements, the interaction of which leads to the formation of regulatory and legal support, the creation and use of organizational culture, the construction of a quantitative basis for the development of CE development measures;
- a multi-level system of indicators for assessing the development of construction enterprises based on stakeholder, investment and innovation factors, financial and economic status factors, the level of strategic support and the effectiveness of marketing activities and organizational support, which, unlike the existing ones, provides an opportunity to develop a theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the level of development, taking into account the directions and peculiarities of CE functioning;
- a theoretical-methodical approach to assessing the level of development of construction enterprises, which is based on a set of methods and models, the application of which allows to determine an integral factor for the implementation of economic-mathematical modeling of development factors and making informed management decisions;
acquired further development:
- processes of economic-mathematical modeling of the development of construction enterprises by determining the dependence between the integral indicator of development and system factors based on the application of the method of correlation-regression analysis, criteria of adequacy of models, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to determine forecast changes of the generalized indicator of CE development;
- forecasting of the integral indicator of the development of construction enterprises depending on changes in stakeholder, investment and innovation, factors of the financial and economic state, the level of strategic and organizational support, the effectiveness of marketing activity based on the application of developed economic and mathematical models, which, unlike the existing ones, made it possible to determine «points» growth of the general indicator of CE development;
- an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the development of construction enterprises through the use of organizational and economic support, a toolkit for evaluating the integral indicator of development, the results of economic and mathematical modeling and forecasting, which, unlike the existing ones, provides the opportunity to develop scientifically based recommendations for the development of CE;
- scientifically based recommendations for ensuring the development of construction enterprises, based on quantitative parameters and measures for ensuring development through the prism of defined «points» of growth of an integral factor based on the increase of systemic stakeholder, investment and innovation factors, factors of the financial and economic state, the level of strategic and organizational support, efficiency marketing activity.
The methodical and practical recommendations presented in the dissertation work are used in the activities of construction and other organizations, state authorities, in the educational process of O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
