Essay

Regarding the dissertation work, it is worth noting that it involved a complex study of Soviet propaganda in secondary education institutions based on materials from the Kyiv region (1932–1941). In this context, the author depicted the process of structuring the People's Commissariat of Education and its role in implementing Soviet propaganda. Indeed, he was responsible for the sphere of education in Soviet Ukraine and regulated its ideological aspect. Given this, researching its structural elements, which were essential for the realization of Soviet propaganda, was one of the key tasks of the mentioned work.
