Suvorova A. Tactics of conducting investigative (research) actions with the participation of minor victims with disabilities of psychophysical development

In the dissertation, the theoretical principles and practical recommendations regarding the tactics of conducting investigative (search) actions involving minor victims with disabilities of psychophysical development have been formed. The state of scientific research on the tactics of conducting investigative (search) actions involving minor victims with disabilities of psychophysical development is characterized, attention is paid to the scientific works of scientists on the issues of forensic tactics, tactics of conducting investigative (search) actions, the legal status of this category of persons during criminal proceedings, as well as scientific publications, as they reveal the peculiarities of conducting investigative (search) actions under the given conditions. The normative-legal regulation of the participation of minor victims with disabilities of psycho-physical development in the conduct of investigative (search) actions, which is based on the general principles of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, has been revealed. Taking into account the special legal status of the specified minor victims, attention was paid to the additional provision of their rights and freedoms. The need for regulatory and legal regulation of the "Green Room" and "Barnachus" methods during investigative (search) actions is emphasized. The characterization of a minor victim with psychophysical developmental disabilities has been formed, which is a necessary component in the structure of a complete forensic characterization of a committed criminal offense. The prerequisite is the study of socio-biological, mental, physical characteristics of the child, as well as socio-demographic and socio-role characteristics, such as lifestyle, environment, connections, etc. An important element during the investigation of offenses against minor victims with disabilities of psychophysical development is the clarification of the relationship between the characteristics of the minor victim and other elements of the forensic characteristics of the committed criminal offense (method of commission, trace pattern, identity of the offender, etc.).
