Xu L. Control of the training of qualified basketball players taking into account psychophysiological characteristics

The dissertation is devoted to monitoring the preparedness of qualified basketball players taking into account psychophysiological characteristics at various stages of preparation. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the informative indicators of monitoring the fitness of qualified basketball players taking into account psychophysiological characteristics to improve the effectiveness of training and competitive activities. The object of the research is the informative components of the psychophysiological characteristics of qualified basketball players. Research methods – theoretical analysis and generalization of special domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature; a complex of psychophysiological research methods (assessment of the psycho-emotional state of an individual using the color choice test and the "Field dependence" test, assessment of intellectual abilities using Raven's progressive matrix, research on the balance and functional mobility of nervous processes), methods of mathematical statistics using the computer program package "Statistica 10.0 ” and “Microsoft Excel”. Scientific novelty: • applied a comprehensive approach to determining the informative components of monitoring the process of preparation of qualified basketball players, taking into account the individual and typological properties that determine success in competitions, on the basis of which mathematical models were developed; • the peculiarities of the manifestation of the psycho-emotional state and indicators of the psycho-physiological functions of qualified basketball players in the process of preparation for the competition were determined and the relationships between the indicators characterizing them were determined; • the manifestation of informative psychophysiological and psychological components of control over the training process of qualified basketball players was investigated and their relationship was determined; • the characteristic structure of relationships between the psychophysiological characteristics of basketball players is determined. With the help of factor analysis, the leading factors with a sufficiently high load for the variables were selected and the most significant components of the psycho-emotional state and psycho-physiological characteristics of qualified basketball players were determined. According to the results of the dissertation research, it was established that the psycho-emotional state of qualified basketball players was almost optimal, Basketball players demonstrated right-hemisphere dominance in 61% and left-hemisphere dominance in 39%. Correlation between neurodynamic characteristics and actual mental state is defined in the work. Cognitive functions had a sufficient number of connections with indicators of activity styles. To study the organization of the functional state of qualified basketball players, differentiated scales for assessing psychophysiological characteristics were developed, which gave qualitative and quantitative assessments of the psychophysiological state of players, and consisted of 14 informative indicators.
