The dissertation is aimed at expanding the theoretical foundations, improving methodological approaches, and developing practical recommendations for creating a management system for eco-innovative regional development projects. The economic nature of the concepts of "eco-innovation" and "eco-innovation projects" was considered, and their relationship was revealed. The classification of eco-innovation projects is considered through the concepts of "green economy", "green growth", "sustainable development" and "circular economy". It was determined that these projects reduce environmental risks, promote responsible consumption of resources and create conditions for recycling, which is important for the development of regions in the post-war period. The need to restore damaged infrastructure with an emphasis on energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions is emphasized. The work focuses on the need to develop green financial instruments to support eco-innovation projects, because the financing of such projects is limited by state and local budgets, as well as an insufficient number of financial instruments. A scientific-methodical approach to evaluating the economic efficiency of eco-innovation projects has been developed, which is based on the balance of economic, ecological, social, technological and image effects. The results of project implementation are presented on the example of the Kyiv region. Conceptual principles for the further development of the circular economy and the introduction of green finance are proposed, which includes mechanisms for stimulating the environmental awareness of the population and activating the activities of enterprises in the field of ecological modernization. Public and private investments, as well as effective environmental risk management, play an important role. The dissertation examines national and international sources of financing eco-innovations. At the national level, the importance of tax reforms, stimulation of ecologically oriented enterprises and regulation of financial flows was emphasized. Global trends and Ukraine's position in international eco-innovation ratings are analyzed. It was found that Ukraine occupies a low position due to the presence of barriers that prevent sustainable development. The experience of the EU countries in the implementation of eco-innovations and their financial support is studied, environmental responsibility in economic policy is emphasized. In order to popularize ecological thinking in society, educational measures have been proposed that will contribute to sustainable development and preservation of the natural environment. The scientific study outlines the structural model of the eco-innovation project management system, which includes the organizational structure and functional relationships.
