The dissertation is dedicated to exploring the content of charismatic leadership and comparing the differences in the manifestation and functioning of leaders' charisma in a spectrum of differentiated political systems. The investigation of leaders, exemplified by heads of state from France, Canada, Turkey, North Korea, and Ukraine, reveals diverse forms of political systems and unique aspects of charismatic leadership. Democratic leaders exhibited similar personal qualities such as ambition, openness, transparency, and progressiveness, actively utilizing social media to build political images and engage citizens in governance processes. Additionally, communication characteristics differed in Turkey and North Korea, where they had a more traditional nature with a personal interpretation. In authoritarian regimes like North Korea, leaders cultivate a cult of personality and wield power without significant influence of legal norms or structures; public communication is based on slogans and speeches. In Turkey, leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan possesses high communicative skills and actively employs them to strengthen his leadership image. Erdoğan's authoritarian leadership style is accompanied by the expansion of his powers and restrictions on freedom of speech. Overall, cultural, historical, and social aspects determine the perception of different leadership styles and influence their success in political strategies, requiring adaptation to the unique demands of each society.
