Changing the paradigm of educational development requires the mastery of
skills, the accumulation and implementation of innovative educational
technologies in pedagogical activities, and the realisation of the creative potential
of individuals. The timeliness of the study is determined by the growing role of
education through its transformation and modernisation of the general secondary
education system (implementation the New Ukrainian School Concept,
implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Complete General Secondary
Education”, etc.), whose main task is to create conditions for the individual's
creative potential development, life and professional skills on the basis of relevant
and attainable educational content.
Managing the development of Ukrainian language and literature teachers’
creative potential in non-formal education is a leading factor in diversifying their
overall professional culture, which includes existing and potential abilities and
opportunities to create something new or transform what they have learned.
Historically, modern education means changes, transformations, etc. Therefore, the
problem of ensuring the quality of teachers' creative potential management
development is relevant, which is confirmed by this system management process
orientation to create conditions for ensuring management effectiveness and
educational institution quality of educational activities.
Reforming the educational process requires a teacher-researcher, a leader as
a teacher of a new formation, a spiritually developed personality, socially mature,
creative and knowledgeable, professionally qualified in the entire arsenal of
pedagogical tools. Therefore, there is a problem of building a high-quality
educational institutions teachers’ creative potential management development.
The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research results are
as follows for the first time: A model for managing the development of Ukrainian
language and literature teachers’ creative potential in non-formal education has
been developed, scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested; qualimetric
measuring tools for the state of Ukrainian language and literature teachers’
creative potential development management in non-formal education were
developed; the factors influencing Ukrainian language and literature teachers’
creative potential development management to ensure the effective implementation
of their professional activities and the competition of predictability were
determined; Ukrainian language and literature teachers upskilling educational
programme was developed;
were clarified:the study key concepts ‘Ukrainian language and literature
teachers’ creative potential development’ and ‘managing the development of
Ukrainian language and literature teachers’ creative potential in non-formal
education’; the concepts of ‘management quality’, ‘potential’; ‘teacher's creative
potential’, ‘teachers’ creative potential development management ‘in the context of
Managing the development of Ukrainian language and literature teachers’ creative
potential in non-formal education; Conditions for teachers' creative potential
advancement;
was improved: General secondary educational institution educators’
development management process;
were further developed: issues of content, forms, methods of management
and the essence of teachers' creative potential development in the context of the
NUS Concept and martial law.
The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development,
testing and implementation in the secondary schools’ educational process the
model for managing the development Ukrainian language and literature teachers’
creative potential in non-formal education, preparation of relevant methodological
recommendations ‘Implementation the model for managing the development of
Ukrainian language and literature teachers’ creative potential in non-formal
education’; the educational programme elaboration for the growth of the Ukrainian
language and literature teachers’ creative potential in the system of Ukrainian
language and literature teachers professional development and diagnostic tools for
research; launching a permanent webinar ‘Technology for Using the Model of
Managing the Ukrainian Language and Literature Teachers’ Creative Potential
Development’. The accumulated materials can be used by the heads of general
secondary educational establishments to manage the Ukrainian language and
literature teachers’ creative potential development and prepare them to work in an
innovative environment.
