Essay

The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the role and place of nanotechnological innovations in the structural dynamics of the global economy. The considerable attention is paid to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of nanotechnological innovations, disclosure of the genesis and evolution of theories of innovative development. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the evolution of industrial revolutions, their cyclical nature is substantiated as an objective prerequisite for nanotechnological transformations of global production. A comprehensive assessment of the economic advantages and threats of nanotechnological innovations is given and their dualistic impact on the structural dynamics of world economic development is proved.
