he dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation of professional culture of future managers based on the usage of acmeological approach. The analysis of scientific sources and practice of organizing the educational process in higher educational institutions has made it possible to substantiate the importance of targeted activities to form professional culture, and also demonstrated the potential of the acmeological approach. It has been emphasized that a professional manager is an active subject of activity, has a high level of self-efficacy, has a high social and professional status, is constantly self-developing and self-improving, is aimed at personal and professional achievements and is aware of the importance of professional culture for personal development.
