In the dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and the new solution to the scientific problem: the essence, peculiarities, the organizational, and the legal aspects of the administrative and legal ensuring of the right of safe environment for life and health in Ukraine are clarified. It has been established that the problem of landmines in Ukraine is also a global environmental and economic challenge that directly affects the food security of mankind. A decrease in the production of grain and other agricultural crops in Ukraine may lead to a direct increase in food prices worldwide, which will primarily affect the population of countries that import most of the food.
