Muzychko S. The principle of procedural economy in the civil justice of Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive systematic study of the principle of procedural economy in the civil justice of Ukraine, the content of which involves the implementation of a number of procedural means aimed at optimizing the civil, taking into account the achievements of the technological process and modern ideas about the effectiveness of the mechanism of judicial protection of the rights and interests of individuals in the state. The subject of the author's attention was the issue of the theoretical prerequisites for the formation of procedural economy as a principle of civil justice in Ukraine, the peculiarities of its implementation at various stages and stages of the civil process. The origins of the idea of procedural economy and the factors of its development in domestic civil justice are analyzed. It was found that procedural economy as an idea has deep historical roots. It was transformed along with how society evolved ideas about the meaning of legal protection, its availability and effectiveness. However, it gained a special impetus at the current stage, which is characterized by the rapid development of information technologies, which contributed to the digitalization of justice. For Ukraine, the vector of European integration of Ukraine became an important factor in the formation of the principle of procedural economy. It is the best European practices that serve as a model for improving the provisions of civil procedural legislation, which are aimed at simplifying and reducing the cost of court procedures, as well as shortening the time periods for consideration of cases in court.
