Research on the special improvement of the fixation of complete removable plate prostheses (PLP) by developing recommendations for the use of adhesive agents based on clinical and laboratory indicators of the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed (SOPL). The work uses a set of methods: dental, hygienic, cytological, microbiological and statistical. At the first stage, the condition of the SPL and the antimicrobial activity of semi-adhesive agents were evaluated. On the second, the effectiveness of the recommendations for their application was established, 120 users, divided into 4 groups, were studied. The analysis showed that 39.5% had the II type of the cellular part of the upper jaw, 52.9% - the II type of the cellular part of the lower jaw, 55% - the 2nd class will be SOPL according to Suple. Inflammatory changes of SPL were observed in 37.5% of cases, positive iodine-containing test - in 50%, pathology of SPL 1 class according to Newton - in 72.5%. Signs of dryness of the oral cavity were recorded in 70% of people, plaque on the imaging prosthesis - in 80%. The use of adhesives improved eating, pronunciation, aesthetics and reduced the psycho-emotional barrier by 82.5%. Cytological analysis of the tests included in the composition, which used "Protefix" and "Lakalut", reduced the keratinization of epitheliocytes, while in the user of "Koregy" anisocytosis, anisokaryosis and pyknosis of the nuclei were noted. As a result, without adhesives, an increased number of epitheliocytes, horny scales and leukocytes was observed. Repeated production of PZPP reduced leukocyte activity in Lakalut users (46.2% vs. 50% during initial treatment). Hygienic status improved in the groups that used adhesive means: after 3 weeks, the hygiene index of the PZPP for Ambjörnsen decreased by 30–36% in the experimental groups, compared to the baseline data, and by 38.5–49.9%, respectively, in the control group (p≤0.05). Microbiological analysis showed that adhesives did not affect the frequency of detection of α-hemolytic streptococci (100% of cases), but reduced their population level: in group III by 16.2%, in group IV by 12.3%. A decrease in the stability and population level of Staphylococcus aureus, β-hemolytic streptococci and Candida fungi was also observed, especially in the group with "Protefik" adhesives. The proposed recommendations make it possible to individually select adhesive agents depending on the state of the SOPL, the level of atrophy of the cellular process, the presence of inflammatory processes, and the hygienic state of the PZPP. The use of the recommended means ("Corega Extra Strong", "Lakalut Dent Myata", "Protefix Extra Strong") reduced the inflammatory changes of SPL by 75.2% in III and IV groups and by 100%. The developed recommendations contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment of the disease, which are used by PZPP. Key words: complete removable lamellar prostheses, adhesive agents, recommendations for the prescription of adhesive agents, the prosthetic bed mucosa, the index of persistence of representatives of oral microflora, the population level of representatives of oral microflora, antimicrobial activity, epitheliocytes, keratinous scales, leukocytes, clinical characteristics.
