The dissertation is devoted to the construction of methods and tools for creating animation of objects on images and developing a mobile user application. In modern multimedia products, applications of the video industry and the gaming industry, there is an increasing need to animate scenes or certain objects based on a single image. Today, image animation is increasingly used in the entertainment industry and is performed under resource constraints - on mobile devices, in real time, etc.
