Essay

The thesis proposes a new solution to an urgent problem of modern veterinary medicine – the creation of a new drug in the form of a suppository for the treatment of endometritis in cattle and small cattle. The draft laboratory regulations and methods of quality control of the veterinary suppository with trifuzole were developed and tested at the facilities of the German-Ukrainian production company Brovapharm LLC. The technology for the manufacture of effervescent suppositories with piperidine 2-((5-furan-2-yl)-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetate, which provides the dosage form with high pharmacological and biopharmaceutical properties, was proposed. The practical significance of the results obtained is in comprehensive studies on spectrophotometric determination and pharmacokinetic studies of trifuzole in vaginal effervescent suppositories; development of methods for quality control of vaginal suppositories with trifuzole and pharmaceutical development.
