Yurchenko V. The labour market in transitive economic

The problems and features of development and functioning of the labour market in Ukraine are investigated in the dissertation. The theoretical bases of the labour market are considered, its essence, structure and souci economic contents are determined. On the basis of the detailed analysis of conceptual models of the labour market it is proved an unalternativity of creation of organizational and economic conditions for achievement of highly effective employment. The character of interrelation between market relation formation in sphere of labour and creation of economic self-determination conditions of the person and their influence on the changes of the subjects of labour activity status are opened. The necessity of using of the economic-mathematical modeling for determining of modern lines of the labour market development is reasonable. On the basis of the analysis of highly developed countries experience, there was proved the necessity of active state politics realisation for employment sphere and determined the directions of optimization of labour market regulation mechanism.
