Essay

Object of research is the process of teenagers" integration in the new social surroundings. Subject of research is particularities of teenagers" psychical development in the process of their integration in the new socially cultural environment . Purpose of research is revealing the psychological factors ensuring entering the teenagers in the new socially cultural surroundings, determination of psychological mechanisms and forms of this process ; elaboration of recommendations with regard to increase of integration effectiveness. Methods of study are based on observation, questioning, expert evaluation, correlating analysis, multi factors analysis. Scientific novelty of study consists in offered approach to studying the psychological factors which influence upon the process of integration of senior teenagers into another cultural surroundings ;in the determination of criterions of evaluation absorption qualities; in revealing the psychological mechanism of influence upon the process of adaptation and teenagers" absorption . Theoretical value consists in the theoretically methodological analysis of conceptual approaches to the problem of integration the immigrants-teenagers in the new socially cultural surroundings ; in more precise definition of the structure and main psychological mechanism of interaction of personality with social objects in the context of integration process ; in the studying dynamics of the teenagers' motivation in this process. Practical value consists in approval of original method which supposes the study structure of teenagers' relations with the world and determination of major psychological mechanisms of this structure ; designed complex of strategies which allow to define a degree of including teenagers in the new socially cultural surroundings and diagnose psychological problems appeared in this process. Scope of introduction: pedagogical, higher pedagogical educational establishments.
