The dissertation is devoted to the impotant and not enougnt developed issue in the field of theory and practice property provatization and practice procatization and stock market forming in the transitinal ecnomy. This dissertation is intended to achieve in practice the scientific recommendations with regard to efficient applicaions of privatization processes, the stock market development, and operations of corporations. The suggested in the article recommendations, developed to overcome the difficelities of operations with enterpises olowing the provatization procexx, development of corporate relatonships, are theoretically grounded and practically proven. The main results of the work found workable applications and are used practically in teaching process.
