Essay

Institution of membership in international intergovernmental organizations. To research peculiarities of non-full membership of states in international intergovernmental organi-zations. General and other universal methods of science (historical, systematical, logi-cal, comparative) are the methods of research. At first in Ukraine non-full membership of states in international organizations has been determined theoretically. Juridical mechanisms of non-full membership are proposed for the practical purposes. Theoreti-cal results can be used in teaching of courses 'public international law' and 'law of in-ternational organizations'. Practical results can be used by Ukraine in relations with in-ternational organizations, in creation of new international organizations, in determining of relations of cooperation. The spheres of use are law-creative, scientific and teaching.
