Essay

In the dissertation it is investigated the interdependence between employment system's adaptation for the market economy and transformation of national values, the significance of labour values' regulators for the state regulation of the economy is defined. The appliance of the mentioned regulators in the labour and property relations is indicated. It is proved, that the establishing of effective values is the most important for the national employment system's regulation. Based on the analysis of the social-economical effectiveness the ways of their implementation in Ukraine are proposed.
