Khrustal'ova V. The Intellectual Property in Terms of Economic Transition in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the relations of intellectual ownership in the transiting economy of Ukraine. The author highlights the role of intellectual ownership in the consolidated system of ownership relations on the modern stage of social and economic development. Dissertation contains analysis of basic terms and tracks of intellectual products' market development and its special features in Ukrainian economy. The author points the leading role of government in creating and developing intellectual property market in conditions of transforming economy. Dissertation includes the system of recommendations aimed on stimulating national producers and consumers of intellectual products. 6
