Mamicheva L. Formation and Development of Corporate Ownership in Transitive Economy of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of relationship system of formation and performance of corporate ownership as structural element of Ukrainian economic system transformation. The work displays essence, economic and social functions of corporate ownership, analyzing the process of its formation and development. It reveals the mechanism and forms of real and fictitious capital stock. It also proves the place and role of corporate ownership as economical basis of transition to social market economy; contains analysis of formation experience and present state of joint-stock companies in Ukraine. There are main directions of perfecting the methodology (mechanism) of corporate transformation as one of forms of property demonopolization and privatization elaborated in this work.
