Bunyak V. Inflationary process in conditions of market transformation of Ukrainian economy.

In research the essence, kinds and functions of fiscal system of national economy are analysed. The critical review of evolution of sights on a role and functions of fiscal policy in national economy and in private business, in particular, is conducted. The expediency of choice of Keynesian methods of private business regulation for providing of an exit of economy from crisis is justified. The special attention is stressed on conceptual bases of budget policy as main determinants of financial activity of government in environment of the incomes and costs.
