Essay

Object of research: a customs system of Ukraine, regional customs, customs-broker offices. Purpose of a research: development of theoretical and methodical points, and also elaboration of the practical recommendations on increase of efficiensy of foreign trade activities of a region based on usage of principles and methods in a system of marketing customs regulation. Methods of a research and methodology: the complex approach to process of customs regulations of Foreign Economic Activity of regions, conditions of domestic and foreign economic science, Ukrainian and foreign countries acts, methodical materials on the problem. Methods of the analysis and synthesis, systematical, complex and marketing approaches. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific grounds of the concept of regional customs marketing, and also improvement and development of methodical bases of customs regulations of Foreign Economic Activity of regions. The model of regional customs marketing can be used for modelling of pro cesses in a control system of the customs services market. The obtained results are directed on a systematical research of organizational and economic aspects of regional customs activity. The obtained parametres of a customs product quality allows regional customs houses to offer their clients services of the best quality. Innovation: the methodological grounds of the complex approach to customs regulation, the priority problems of customs business development in Ukraine are determined; the concept of regional customs marketing is worked out; the directions on improvement of a customs service activity of Ukraine are generated; the model of two-aspects marketing is grounded; the model of an evaluation of quality of customs services is offered; the methodical approach determining prices on customs services is developed; the model of informational system of regional customs marketing is offered; the methodical grounds determining of customs cost of the goods are advanced. Area of application: the regional custo ms, customs posts, customs-broker offices, educational institutions.
