The theoretical and experimental results of the examination of the kinematics of the moving activities process on the base of the control of the operation (activity) of the muscular system, the programmed of the training having a special purpose for the competitions actives of the sportsmen are defended. The problem of the definition of information value of methods of investigation of muscular system is solved that promote the effectiveness of technical training of ski racers. There was a special method of highly skilled ski racers training at different periods of their training. It is based on the investigation of functional changes in muscular system aver the influence of strictly definite exercises. A positive result is obtained.
