3.The object of research: producers of vegetable products of different forms of property, trade organisations of consumers cooperatives of Ukraine. Economical processes of production and marketing of vegetables were studied in details at the example of rural association "Trostyanets", collective agricultural enterprise after Petrovskiy, Shishatska rayon consumers association, 34 personal subsidiary plots of the population in Poltava oblast. The aim of research: determining of favorable conditions of vegetables production in the private and public sectors of economy, improving of economic relations in the process of their transferring from producers to consumers, determining of ways to improve the system of price creating for vegetables The main methods are of calculating-constructional, monographic, statistic-economical, abstract-logical, expert evaluations, indexes. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approaches for analysis of forming inputs and determining of economical efficiency ofve getable production in private farms were offered; a rational level of inputs and price of vegetable products have been determined; the main factors of creating demand and supply at the market of vegetables have been established; regularities and tendencies in the present-day developing of market of vegetable products were found; ways to improve the marketing of vegetables and suggestions in order to improve the mechanism of price creating were grounded. The scientific novelty of dissertation is in a complex investigating of problems of forming and functioning of the market of vegetable products according to a chain "producer - trade - consumer" taking into consideration different forms of property. Proposed are the methodical approaches to the calculating of economic efficiency of vegetables production in private sector farms and based on them the economic efficiency of vegetables production has been determined for the first time and the ways of its increasing have been grounded. Approximate levels of cost of production for separate kinds of vegetable products in public and private sector farms were calculated. The level of implementation: propositions developed in the result of investigating are implemented by Poltava oblast and Shishatsk rayon agricultural administrations, by separate farms in Poltava oblasts. The efficiency: it will contribute to more efficient use of resource potential of vegetable production, improving of forming of the market of vegetable products, perfection of economic mechanism of regulating of the market relations in Ukraine. The sphere, branch of use: economics of agriculture and trade.
