Об'єкт дослідження - activity on investigation of crimes stipulated items of an item 101 and 102 Criminal codes of Ukraine. Мета дослідження - development of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations for increase of efficiency of investigation of the specified crimes. Методи дослідження та аппаратура - generalisation and analysis of criminal cases, interviewing, analysis, synthesis, statistical and structural method. Теоретичні результати і новизна - for the first time in Ukraine the research devoted to a technique of investigation of deliberate causing heavy and average weight of corporal damages, in aspect of improvement and development of existing development on investigation of crimes about corporal damages is carried out (spent). Практичні результати і новизна - the stated recommendations can be used in activity of bodies and consequence, at a stage of a judicial consequence, in scientific activity, in educational process of legal high schools. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the resu lts of the dissertation are used in educational process; the results dissertation of research were sent in poles of Ukraine; the offers to the current legislation were sent in Committee of the Supreme Body of Ukraine on legislative maintenance of law-enforcement activity and struggle with the organised criminality and corruption. Ефектівність впровадження - the methodical recommendations have received a positive estimation and offers, concerning the current legislation, are taken into account (discounted) by preparation of the project of Ukraine.
