Malomuzh O. Spastic infringements of the lower urinary tract urodynamics (modern diagnostics and treatment).

The dissertation is dedicated to studying of the questions of diagnostics and medication treatment of voiding spastic infringements in the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, after operations on the urinary bladder neck and prostate, and with diseases of the central nervous system in coastal medical establishes.Using of the a1-adrenoblocker doxazosin allows to accelerate positive changes of the clinical current of voiding spastic infringements; to decrease of an expressiveness of vegetative infringements and to normalize of the vegetative nervous system tonicity, at prevalence of its sympathetic component; to improve of the urodynamic parameters and the urinary bladder emptying efficiency; to decrease of the frequency of acute inflammatory complications in the genitourinary system, and to decrease of duration of the patient hospital staying in the designate patients.
