The work is dedicated to the development of diagnostic revelation methods of primary or secondary chronic latent pyelonephritis with additional study of renal functional activity state. The chronic pyelonephritis' treatment program in seafarers was developed. It consists of the complex use of antibacterial drugs and local negative pressure applied on the abdominal cavity and pelvic organs area. The significant loss of renal pyelocalis system elasticity was marked in patiens with long pyelonephritis course.
