Thesis is devoted to the efficacy of chronic pancreatitic in persons engaged at sea transport complex pathogenetic treatment enhancening via using lyposomal "Sandostatin". It was shown that chronic pancreatitis (CP) followed by increasing of pituitary-suprarenal (AKTG, cortisol) and gastroenteropancreatical (gastrin) levels of activity and opioid system (L- M-enkaehalins and b-endirphin) suppression. One could see the enzymatic blood activity increasing, lipid peroxidation processes activation, antioxidant system activity suppression in patients with CP. "Sandostatin" using led to expressed therapeutic effect development in the mentioned conditions. It was shown also the increasing of the "Sandostatin" efficacy in case of its combined using with laser irradiation. The experimental investigation allow to prove the expressed lyposomal sandostatin efficacy in condition of experimental CP in rats. The data obtained are the background of lyposomal sandostatin using in patients with CP treatment.
