The thesis is devoted to the development of erysipelas method complex treatment in seafarers and with the use of a new immunjmodelative remedy lapheron, a human recombinant a-2-b interferon, and local use of an oinment with hydrophilic base streptonitol. Erysipelas had been diagnosed on the base of clinical characterictics, epidemiological and result of bacteriological observation. Immunological investigations had been done and immunocytes sensitivity to lapheron determined. They had revealed a positive influence and action of therapy with lapheron and streptonitol.
