This thesis is dedicated to questions of the determination of diagnostic possibilities of metabolic products of nitrogenic oxide from the condensate of expirated air at chronic bronchitis(CB) at seafarers. There was realized an analysis of social - epidemiological peculiaritis in seafarers, suffered from CB. It was determined a big intensity of excretion of NO2 and NO3 by lungs in 8 times in healthy man and in 4 times in patients with CB. It was prooved a necessity of the discount of concentrational values of excretoric products as a new criterion.
