Dissertation is devoted to questions of efficiency increase of acute pyelonephritis treatment. In work the new opportunities of acute pyelonephritis differentiation are show, use of an integrated diagnostic parameter is offered and the opportunities of use of the contents malon dialdigide in urine for differentiation of acute pyelonephritis stages is proved, due to what the separate stage of disease - transitive (from serouse to purulent) - which existence is chosen is allocated is confirmed by steep study of cell metabolism changes at acute pyelonephritis progression. Use of a endovascular laser irradiation of blood for correction of metabolic changes is scientifically proved at acute pyelonephritis, is given an integrated estimation to influence of laser irradiation depending on stage of inflammations process in the struck kidney and the high clinical efficiency of a method of a endovascular laser irradiation of blood is established at duly use.
