The dissertation is devoted to solution of the urgent problem of clinical urology - determination of infection in patients with BPH and РС with STD pathogens and features of its influence on the course of chronic inflammatory process, prevalence and nature of dysplastic changes, degree of malignant cells differentiation. This distribution is essential for improving the diagnosis and optimization of treatment in patients with prostate tumors and for urology in general.
