Essay

The magnetic heads. To investigate operating properties at diamond-abrasive grinding. Methods of researches are X-ray and metalographical analyses, magnetic-optical researches of fields with using the laser radiation, general achievements of the cutting theory, mathematical statistics. Fine grinding of magnetic soft alloys has been theoretically and experimentally investigated. The recommendations were developed for an industry. For the first time technological processes of magnetic heads’ grinding have been created. The results were installed at two enterprises of machine building.
