Specificity of activity of departments of the Ministry in businesses of sports of Palestine. The purpose consist in revealing features of social - psychological self-organizing of the managers of departments of structures of management of sports of Palestine in various situations of joint activity. Methods of research: the theoretical analysis and generalization of the references, methods of supervision, analysis of the documents, expert analysis. Theoretical and practical results are: revealing of the social - psychological factors of increase of self-organizing of various structures of management of sports; allocation of the basic problem situations of administrative activity of departments of the Ministry in businesses of sports of Palestine; the developed technology of the conceptual approach to self-organizing activity of the managers in structures of management of sports of Palestine. Scientific novelty: for the first time is analyzed from the point of view of self-organizing structure of managem ent of sports of Palestine (departments of the Ministry); Are allocated and the typical features of social - psychological self-organizing of departments of the sports managers in various situations of joint activity are systematized; the communication between social - psychological processes and features of collectives of the sports managers is concretized; the role and meaning of the chief in general process of social - psychological self-organizing of a department of the sports managers is determined. Results of research introduced in activity of the sports managers of administrative structures of Palestine.
