Essay

Object of a research: forages, barn-feeding cows, their calves, blood, colostrum. The purpose of operation: of the substation of new aspects of trace elements feeding of dry barn-feeding cows for increase of their productivity, quality, ensuring of realization of genetic potention of antenatal growth and development of calves, working out of new forms of compaunds of trace elements and studying the mechanism of their action. Methods of researches and equipment: physiological, haematological, immunological, biochemical, spectrometry, photocolorimeter, erythrocytometer. Theoretical and practical outcomes: new data were obtained about the influence of trace element feeding up of cows during the barn feeding period on the metabolism in their organism and on the processes of intrauterus development of a fetal. The first time is investigated the influence chelate compounds of copper, zinc and cobalt with amino acid methionin on the organism of pregnant animals in third period of pregnancy and is shown dynami cs of changes of physiology-biochemical parameters of blood on stretch the barn feeding period. An optimum doze of methionate of copper, zinc and cobalt in the rations of dry barn-feeding cows was established. The orb (area) of use is physiology and biochemistry of farm animals, animal industries.
