The dissertation is devoted to the experimental basis and clinical assessment of trental and thyotriasolin use in treatment of acute pancreatitis. The positive results, resived by us in the experimental model of acute pancreatitis, about the corrective influence of trental and thyotriasolin on the oxygen tension, vessels reactivvity in the pancreas, processes of peroxide lipidoxydation and activity of dehydrogenases were the basis for clinical assesment their efficiency in patients with acute pancreatitis. The usage of trental and thyotriasolin in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis helps ealier in comparison with routine basis theraph patients recovery and decrease the time of their staying in the hospital. Results of study alow to recommend trental and thyotriasolin as pathogenetic remedy to treat the patients with acute pancreatitis.
