Panchyshyn V. Aktivivty of Functional and Morphological Processes in Reproductive Organs of Heifers under tothe Use of Gonadropins along with Vitamins of B-group and Trace Elements

The matter of our investigation are heifers, blood serum, endometrium of uterus, liver, ovaries, lymphatic nodes. The aim of the theses was to study the influence of some biologically active substances (BAS), group B vitamins and trace elements iodine and zinc on the manifestation of physiological action of gonadotrophic hormones of complex preparation ovogen and follicotropine for the stimulation of function of reproductive organs in heifers. The investigation methods and equipment are physiological, hematological, biochemical, histological, histochemical, spectrophotometer, pH-meter, microtom, microscope. The theoretical and practical results are: the optimal dose and the frequency of the use of group B vitamins as well as the micro elements iodine and zinc hale been stated for the intensification of physiological action of gonodotrophic preparation - follicotropine and ovogen during the stimulation of ovary function in heifers, for the causing of poliovulation or with the theoretical aim during th e stimulation of functional activity of reproductive organs in heifers. As usage spheres are physiology, obstetrics, animal husbandry.
