Essay

The paper is devoted to development of final consumption in economy forecasting methods taking into account SNA methodology. Analysis of final consumption by economy sectors methodological basis by means of SNA is carried out and settlements informational support is evaluated in order to improve their determination for the period covered. Forecasting methods of households, general government's and noncommercial organizations, servicing households, final consumption according to their income formation sources substantiation, interrelated with real GDP rate of change and economy reforming degree are developed. Their medium-term forecast till 2005 is carried out and forecast fulfillment risks are determined.
