Zhukova Y. Macroeconomic mechanism of science financing in Ukraine

The essence of the mechanism of science financing is opened, its basic components, feature, spheres of application, effectiveness in conditions of concrete economic systems are characterized. The estimation of principles of science financing in Ukraine is given, the statistical data on financing a science are generalized, the proportions between methods, directions, forms, their influence on economical development are determined. Three groups of lacks inherent in the mechanism of science financing in Ukraine are allocated: functional, system, economical-strategic character. The recommendations for their elimination are developed. The correlation method of optimization of resources distribution is offered and realized, that provides entering the competitive beginnings into a science and important increase of efficiency of financing. A line of the classification circuits on a complex of macroeconomic parameters is constructed which enable to define orientires for formation of strategy of a science develo pment.
