Radchuk V. Psychological determinants of conflict behavior of personality

Dissertation deals with theoretical and experimental analysis of the problem of determination of conflict behavior of personality. The main approaches to the problem of conflict are analyzed also main methods of revealing of reasons of interpersonal conflicts are systemized in this article. On this base the model of psychological determination of conflict behavior of personality is elaborated. This model consists such equal value, mutual connected structural components as organizative, situative and personal factors. In accordance with the given model on theoretical and experimental levels psychological determination of personality is investigated
