Essay

The object of the research: self-awareness of the personality. The purpose of the research: determine the features of the structural organization of the professional personality self-consciousness with different styles of coping behavior (SCB). The methods: theoretical (analysis of research sources; analysis, systematization and generalization of data), empirical (survey method, psychodiagnostic method, content analysis method) and mathematical and statistical methods. Scientific novelty: for the first time defined the effects of integral structural organization of self-consciousness in different styles of coping behavior: with a constructive style of coping behavior – "potentiation," "differentiation," "integration" and "compensation" of partial features of components of self-consciousness; with non-constructive style - "polarization" and "retardation" of partial features of components of self-consciousness; phenomenon detected of the “reduced composition” of factors of the structural organization of the self-consciousness with a non-constructive style of coping behavior, which greatly reduces their adaptive potential; further development has received an idea of the functioning of strategies of coping behavior in the context of self-consciousness, namely that with constructive styles of coping behavior adaptive potential of is more developed; clarified features of functioning of individual components of self-consciousness in constructive style of coping behavior. The practical value of research: is to develop a program of social and psychological training for the development of adaptive (regulatory) potential of professional self-consciousness. Scope of use: higher educational institutions, psychological services.
